Aetna - Online Agent Appointment
Aetna has automated the agent application for appointment. Brokers will no longer have to submit any paperwork for an appointment. The process will take about five minutes to complete and the broker will receive email notifications regarding the status of their application. Paper applications will still be accepted. Some highlights of the new online application include:
- Click a button to retrieve their license information from the National Insurance Producer Registry
- Click a button to retrieve their NPN number
- An attestation page for Errors and Omissions insurance
- Electronic W9 form
- Electronic application for EFT payments
