WhiteGlove Begins Mobile Chronic Care Program
WhiteGlove House Call Health, Inc., whose mission is to bring innovation to healthcare that lowers the cost and
improves the consumer’s healthcare experience, announced that it has begun Mobile Chronic Care membership services.
WhiteGlove is redefining chronic care management with the introduction of four Mobile Chronic Care membership
services that include:
- Proactive management of chronic conditions
- Medical care that comes to you
- Phone consultation and follow-up
- Automated diagnostic test scheduling and monitoring
- Automated visit scheduling
- Generic prescription medications
The first four Mobile Chronic Care membership services include management for diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol,
and thyroid conditions. The new membership services will be available to anyone in WhiteGlove’s service areas in
Arizona, Massachusetts, and Texas.
